Most of Liz’s work is with individual adults, although often spouses or family members may be involved.The work may be a few sessions or many, each person varies. It is not uncommon to take a break from therapy and to return as needed. We may sprain our ankle, get seriously ill, or get a cold more than once in a lifetime, and that does not stop us from seeking help. Mental health should be no different.
Just because your concern is not listed, does not mean we can not work together, it simply means listing too many issues gets overwhelming, and still might miss your concern.
